Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Position Summary

The FP&A Manager will support over $100MM in Global ER&D fixed cost and capital expenditure investments across EMEA. Based in the Pune, India Engineering Hub, this role will partner closely with ER&D leadership, Business Unit Finance, and over 30 regional controllers to drive financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and strategic investment decisions as an individual contributor. 

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global ER&D Fixed Cost and Capex (, this role will act as a key finance business partner responsible for delivering data-driven insights, improving financial processes, and enhancing visibility into ER&D spending and capital allocation.
