Financial Project Analyst - RED+F

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Financial Project Analyst - RED+F.

In this role, the successful candidate provides overall financial support for RED+F, including, but not limited to budgeting, invoice processing, status updates of purchase orders, financial analysis, reporting and research. They must have a clear understanding of accounting and finance, procurement, and accounts payable. They must have knowledge of the construction financial process is critical and experience with private financing and/or state agencies is a big plus. They must be able to communicate with senior staff and project managers; and at the same time, flexible enough to be extremely hands on with administrative tasks. They must be self-motivated, and excel at working independently and as a team player.

Job Responsibilities:

Full understanding of the components of a Development project Construction costs & Consultant costs.
