Job Description

Financial Reporting Manager
A leading real estate investment trust (REIT) with a nationwide portfolio is seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to oversee external reporting, supervise one direct report, and ensure compliance with GAAP and SEC regulations. This role is critical to supporting acquisitions, lease accounting, and financial reporting functions, contributing to the continued growth and success of the company.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary range: $125,000 – $150,000 (based on experience)
Annual performance bonus: Target 25%
Hybrid work set-up: 3 days on-site, 2 days work-from-home
