Accounts Payable -Lead and oversee Accounts Payable operations, including recruiting, training, mentoring, and scheduling staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of daily activities. -Foster strong vendor relationships by addressing payment inquiries, resolving disputes, and reconciling vendor statements to ensure account accuracy and timely payments. -Prepare and review monthly account reconciliations, ensure compliance with IRS 1099 reporting requirements, and support internal and external audit processes. -Provide hands-on support with invoice processing and other Accounts Payable functions as needed to meet departmental objectives and operational deadlines.
