Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead multi-workstream client engagements end-to-end, setting approach and managing risk
and escalations, integrating outputs across teams, managing expectations and mentoring junior
talent to uplift execution quality
Meet quantitative expectations of charge time and utilization (1,495 hours for a total of 65%
of time worked)
Develop client relationships and serve as primary contact for assigned client engagements
including for scoping, planning and timelines. Maintain regular communication with the
onshore team, client and relationship executive for streamlined client experience
Optimize staffing and capacity and remove blockers. Effectively plan, allocate tasks and
manage work teams on engagements to meet client deliverable timeframes with delivery
of high-quality work product
Review a sample of commercial loans of financial institutions to ensure that acceptable
credit standards are maintained and that loans con...
