Financial Valuation Leader (M&A & Strategy)

Global Leader in Physical Asset Management, Valuation, and Software Solutions is seeking a highly specialized technical expert with a strong commercial vision for a newly created regional growth position.

The primary objective is to lead the valuation strategy, oversee technical compliance for an established team, and manage key client relationships across Mexico, USA, Latam.

Key Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership: Supervise and execute business, intangible, and biological asset valuations under local and international standards (NIF, IFRS, US GAAP ).
• Regulatory Compliance: Lead Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) projects, Impairment Tests , and financial reporting for M&A transactions.
