LR offers an exciting opportunity for an entry-level to junior engineer with a degree in engineering or science to assess marine vessel fire safety systems. Responsibilities include conducting plan approvals, overseeing compliance for innovative products, and liaising with clients. Experience in fire safety engineering is beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:
• Approve fire safety plans per international codes
• Assist with new lifesaving regulations
• Perform site inspections for project success
• Track project schedules and financial details
• Lead compliance initiatives with HS&E standards
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Science
• Familiarity with Fire Safety Engineering principles
• Strong organizational and task management skills
