Fire Sprinkler Designer

Selectek is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fire Sprinkler Designer to join their clients’ team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating fire protection system layouts that meet all applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and field teams to ensure accurate and effective design solutions from concept through installation.

Responsibilities:

Design fire sprinkler systems in accordance with NFPA 13, NFPA 14, and applicable building codes.

Use HydraCAD and AutoCAD to prepare layout drawings, hydraulic calculations, and material lists.

Interpret and coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP construction documents.

Ensure designs meet local, state, and national fire protection codes.
