Position Title: First Assistant Manager

Reports to: Store Manager

Schedule: Full Time (40 hours per week); four 2 shifts and one 1 shift; 2 weekends/month

Pay Range: $16.00/hour - $18.50/hour plus quarterly bonus eligibility

Position Description: The First Assistant Manager at United Dairy Farmers is a Guest Services specialist. The primary responsibility of a First Assistant Manager is to ensure the delivery of outstanding service to every Guest by following the five phases of The Hi Five Guest Experience (Invited, Welcomed, Well-Served, Respected, Fulfilled), either personally or through other associates on duty during his or her shift.
