Responsibilities
- Managing day‑to‑day fitment centre operations across both branches
- Leading a team to deliver high‑quality automotive glass and vehicle maintenance services
- Driving excellence in safety, service, and operational efficiency
- Handling customer relationship management (CRM) systems, SAP, stock, and workshop processes
- Solving problems proactively while keeping the team motivated and service levels high
