The Fitness Instructor on a one to one basis or in a group setting oversees bariatric exercise group. The Fitness instructor works under the direction of the Bariatric Program Coordinator and staff as part of the total therapeutic team providing one to one direction and guidance in the proper techniques of exercise. The Fitness Instructor develops, implements and evaluates group exercise classes for bariatric patients.
