On behalf of a leading international luxury house, we are seeking an experienced  Flagship Boutique Manager to lead its prestigious Zurich flagship, located in one of Switzerland’s most exclusive retail destinations.

Managing a team of ca.20 associates, this role calls for a well rounded leader who combines strong ambassadorship and commercial acumen with an exceptional sense of service, product, and client relationships. The successful candidate will ensure the boutique operates at the highest standards of performance, presentation, and client engagement, in line with the brand’s positioning within the global luxury landscape.
