Job Description

We are seeking an additional experienced labourer for our flatwork division. This individual is responsible for supporting flatwork preparation and concrete placement activities, ensuring basements, garages, porches, and other areas are properly prepared, formed, and finished in accordance with project specifications and company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities 

  • Prepare basements prior to subtrade concrete pours, ensuring surfaces and materials meet project requirements.

  • Ensure basement stone is raked level and set to the proper height, following job scope details and customer specifications.

  • Install poly, bond break, acoustic tape, and other materials as required by job scope and site instructions.

    Perform minor concrete repairs and assist with formwork, following direction from the supervisor or team lead.

  • Load, organize, and prepare materials, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness for daily tasks.
