Flavorist

The Flavourist plays a key role in flavour sales growth, flavour creation, flavour production and flavor library and raw material library maintenance by working efficiently to support customer briefs while maintaining a vision of what will work best for customers and FDL. In this role the Flavourist may extend FDL’s capabilities by utilizing a Trainee or Junior Flavourist to support initiatives and projects. The Flavourist will develop flavours and interact with customers, other flavourists, innovations technologists, production, and suppliers to ensure that goals are met and that briefs are completed in a timely manner. The Flavourist will have an extensive understanding of raw materials, finished products, production, regulatory, analytical and flavour application.
