FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS DIRECTOR

Summary You will serve as a FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS DIRECTOR in the FLEET AND FAMILY READINESS PROGRAM OFFICE of COMMANDER NAVY REGION KOREA Responsibilities You will act as the principle Navy representative and participate directly in national, regional, Fleet and Family Readiness program policy development through DoD, Navy, Federal, and local agencies. You will develop new concepts for Commander, Navy Region Korea (CNRK), Navy tenants to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, achieve Navy goals, and increase program quality. You will review and guide development of Fleet and Family Readiness program budgets including MWR, Child Development Programs, Bachelor and Family Housing, Fleet and Family Services and Galley/RIK operations. You will indirectly supervise and direct a work force of NAF, APF, Local National personnel, and military incumbents, supporting Navy personnel and their family members.
