Fleet Maintenance Manager

**Position Overview** The Fleet Maintenance Manager oversees the distribution center garage and directs a team of skilled mechanics responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing tractors, trailers, automobiles, and light trucks. This role ensures all equipment is in good working order and compliant with all operational and safety guidelines. The Manager develops the operating plan and budget for the garage and is accountable for achieving overall operating results consistent with individual and company performance goals.
