We are representing our client in Mining & Building Materials industry . As the company prepares for expansion, they are looking for a hands‑on Fleet Manager (New Position) to be based at their workshop in Hulu Langat, Selangor.

Job Description

To lead and manage the companys transport operations, ensuring all trucks, heavy machinery, drivers, and logistics activities are executed efficiently, safely, and cost-effectively to support project and mining operations.

Responsibilities

• To lead the Fleet Management team consist of Transport Supervisor, Fleet Maintenance Supervisor, Inhouse Mechanics and Drivers / Operators.
• Plan, organize, and oversee all fleet operations for construction and sand delivery.
• Ensure all trucks are properly maintained, licensed, and comply with JPJ, PUSPAKOM, and DOSH regulations.
