Fleet Manager - Hospitality Group - East Africa

Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee a large vehicle fleet and central workshop operation supporting multiple hospitality properties across East Africa. This position is based in Nairobi, Kenya. This role is ideal for a hands‑on fleet professional with strong mechanical knowledge, workshop management experience, and a proven ability to maintain operational efficiency across a diverse fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for fleet performance, preventative maintenance, compliance, budgeting, and the leadership of workshop teams.
