This role ensures all vehicles and assets remain operational -- supporting essential service delivery and the teams who depend on consistent equipment uptime. Success means building a culture where safety, accountability, and technician development are the foundation of every shift.
PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES (First 12 Months)
 
Fleet Readiness:  Achieve 95%+ equipment availability across all fleet assets through proactive maintenance scheduling and rapid repair turnaround.
Safety Leadership:  Enforce a zero-incident safety standard through daily toolbox talks, disciplined LOTO procedures, and compliance training.
