Fleet Planner (ES) – Barcelona, Spain

Responsibilities

• Daily management of a group of drivers and trucks.
• Operational coordination of international transports within Spain, Portugal and southern France.
• Translate and communicate schedules to drivers to ensure efficient execution of trips.
• Collaborate closely with Truck Planners, customer service and master‑planning teams to maintain smooth operational flow.
• Continuously improve productivity and quality of work while keeping the operation running quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a planner with a strong affinity for transport.
• Experience working with drivers and managing their schedules.
• Good command of English and Spanish; French and/or Portuguese is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current residence in or near Barcelona.
