Fleet Supervisor: Lead Ops & Vehicle Maintenance

XAD Civil Contracting in Sharjah is seeking a Fleet Supervisor to manage daily fleet operations and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role includes supervising dispatch, maintenance, and driver performance, as well as monitoring operational costs.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in fleet management and a high school diploma, with strong leadership skills preferred. A competitive salary of AED 4000 - 4500 per month will be offered.
