Introduction
The role involves serving as the highest level of field technical support, focusing on the systemic reliability of fleet vehicles. The position requires a subject matter expert in Compute systems to support Tier 2 Fleet Support Engineers on complex escalations. The role involves fleet-wide analysis of diagnostics and metrics to identify reliability gaps, improve repair and escalation times, and contribute to critical design changes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- BS or MS in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields with a minimum of 2 years of relevant industry experience
- Experience and skill in determining the root cause of complex issues involving HW, FW, and SW
