Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and implement physiotherapy treatment programmes
- Provide rehabilitation care to patients in acute and/or community settings
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient records
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team
