Flight Attendant

Job Summary

Reporting to the Manager, Inflight Services, the incumbent is responsible for ensuring the safety and well‑being of Porter passengers while upholding the Flying Refined brand promise. The fleet type (Dash8 or E195‑E2) will be determined by the company according to operational needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all passengers
• Provide effortless, friendly, and attentive service to ensure passenger comfort
• Adhere to the standard operating procedures from your training, in accordance with Transport Canada and Porter policies
• Perform the physical tasks of a flight attendant, such as lifting loads up to 50lb, standing for long periods, and assisting passengers in emergencies
• Handle unexpected operational and passenger situations with tact
