Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3

**Description:**
You will be the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 for the Flight Line Operations team which is responsible for leading represented mechanics and avionics technicians in systems testing, ground checks, and flight operations.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Flight Line Supervisor - Level 3 you will be responsible for overseeing crew performance, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring on‑time, high‑quality flight‑line execution.
Your responsibilities will include:
+ Supervise crews of mechanics and avionics technicians, assigning work to meet tactical and strategic goals.
+ Ensure tasks are completed on schedule and within budget while reviewing work for quality and efficiency.
+ Maintain a clean, organized work area and enforce “Clean As You Go” tool‑control practices.
