Float Program Management Supervisor - Patient Services

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Float Supervisor to support day-to-day operations of Patient Support Center (PSC) teams in Mexico. This role involves indirect supervision of agents handling patient inquiries and case management.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, with additional qualifications preferred, and should have over 5 years of related experience. Excellent communication and a strong ability to lead and support are essential. The position also requires commuting to work onsite in Mexico City three days per week.
