Floating Service Technician

Description

The Floating Service Technician is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the several apartment communities in accordance with Shea Properties standards, policies and procedures. The Service Technician performs carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, masonry, appliance and other general and preventative maintenance repairs. This position will likely move from a full-time floating position to full-time assignment on a single apartment community site in the future. The pay range for this position is $26.30 - $30.21/hour. The Floating Service Technician is also eligible to participate in the discretionary annual bonus plan.
