Floor Supervisor - Visual Merchandising & Customer Service

Robinson & Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a VCM / FLS Supervisor for their store in Selangor, Malaysia. In this role, you will supervise floor activities, manage fitting rooms, handle customer grievances, and maintain the store's image according to brand guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, knowledge of visual merchandising, and strong leadership abilities to train and motivate the team.

Preferred candidates have retail experience and must adapt to schedules including nights and weekends.
