FM Associate / Engineer

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Chief Engineer and/or Engineering & Sustainability Manager, the incumbent will support the daily operations, maintenance, and project coordination of Mechanical, Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S), Fire Protection, and Public Announcement (PA) systems within the facility.
• The role involves participating in meetings and problem-solving discussions, and serving as the central point of contact for assigned programs and projects. The incumbent is expected to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates, risk assessments, and recommendations to management, including escalation of issues that cannot be resolved at team level.
• Key responsibilities include managing a team of technical officers, technicians, and vendors supporting Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) and planning and scheduling maintenance activities across mechanical and fire protection systems. This inclu...
