We have a fantastic opportunity for an FM Helpdesk Advisor to join our team. This role offers hybrid working, with one day per week in our Stockport office, usually on Wednesdays.

This is a 12 month FTC position, working shifts between 7am and 8pm, with some weekend work required. Additional office attendance may occasionally be needed for company events or meetings. The salary on offer is from £25,000.

What you will do:

  • Be the first point of contact – handle calls, emails, and website requests from NHSPS colleagues needing support with facilities issues.
  • Log and triage service requests – make sure every job is correctly prioritised and sent to the right team.
