FM Pricing Lead Location: Remote (UK & Ireland) with occasional travel. We’re looking for a Pricing & Estimating Lead to act as the commercial expert within our multi‑disciplinary bid team, shaping competitive, compelling and commercially robust solutions that drive Sodexo’s growth and retention.

In this role, you’ll lead pricing for IFM and single‑service bids, collaborate closely with Bid Management and Business Development, build commercial assumptions, model scenarios, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure full governance alignment.
