Job Description
We are hiring FM Supervisors / Team Leaders to supervise daily maintenance operations and coordinate technical teams in high-rise building facilities. The role includes planning maintenance schedules, monitoring work quality, ensuring safety compliance, and supporting smooth facility operations.
Requirements- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience in Facility Management operations
- Experience in high-rise building maintenance required
- Strong team supervision and leadership skills
- Knowledge of maintenance planning and execution
- Ability to coordinate site operations and technical personnel
- Good communication and reporting skills
- Salary: AED 5,500 per month
