Job Description
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Hospitality qualification advantageous
- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor within a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort.
- Previous experience supervising a busy outdoor or poolside restaurant advantageous
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
- Experience with Micros Simphony and POS systems preferred
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Guest-focused with a professional and well-groomed appearance
- Willing to work weekends, public holidays and flexible shifts
- Valid South African ID or valid work permit
