Job Description

Minimum Requirements
  • Grade 12 (Matric)
  • Hospitality qualification advantageous
  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor within a 4 or 5-star hotel or resort.
  • Previous experience supervising a busy outdoor or poolside restaurant advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage service standards
  • Experience with Micros Simphony and POS systems preferred
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Guest-focused with a professional and well-groomed appearance
  • Willing to work weekends, public holidays and flexible shifts
  • Valid South African ID or valid work permit
