Job Description
Responsibilities
- Main contact person between the Owners and branch team for updates, reports, and concerns.
- Consolidate and monitor daily sales reports from all kiosks with Back Office Support to ensure accuracy and timely submission.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and store performance updates for management meetings.
- Monitor inventory usage across all branches and coordinate timely ordering of supplies with Back Office Support to avoid shortages.
- Maintain organized records of sales, expenses, timekeeping, and payment requests, ensuring proper documentation with receipts.
- Review and sign off on all budget requests, payments, overtime work extensions, and verify receipt documentation.
- Support internal management in planning and overseeing store operations to meet daily business needs.
