The role involves monitoring inventory, ensuring cost efficiency, maintaining controls, and supporting the business with insights to improve profitability and reduce wastage. Key Responsibilities Cost Control & Analysis - Monitor and control food & beverage costs across restaurants/banquets - Analyse consumption, wastage, variance, and yield reports - Ensure adherence to budgeted food cost percentages Inventory Management - Oversee inventory levels, stock movement, and reconciliation across outlets - Conduct regular stock audits, surprise checks, and physical verifications - Ensure proper storage, FIFO practices, and wastage controls Procurement & Vendor Coordination - Work closely with purchase teams for rate comparisons...
