+ Conduct daily audits of food service areas.
+ Prepare reports with the Food & Beverage Director (should include daily/weekly recaps and recommendations for improving processes).
+ Correct immediate areas of deficiencies when observed and notify management to ensure follow up.
+ Provide food safety training for all associates.
+ Report all maintenance concerns that could have an adverse effect on food and personal safety (including PPE).
+ Report all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
+ Ensure all safety equipment is being used properly, alert Supervisor for any malfunction...
