Position Overview
The Food & Beverage Manager supports the Hotel Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of the lodge, with primary responsibility for the Food & Beverage program, including front‑of‑house service and culinary operations. This role provides leadership and oversight to ensure the department operates efficiently, delivers exceptional guest experiences, and contributes meaningfully to overall financial performance.
The lodge operates year‑round with a hotel, pub, and dining room, and hosts the CMH Kootenay Heli‑Skiing operation during winter months.
