Job Description

Under the general direction of the Assistant General Manager, this position is responsible for the overall management and profitability of the Food & Beverage outlet operations at the site level. The role assists with planning, directing, and implementing all F&B initiatives while establishing a safe and welcoming work environment for all team members. It includes developing performance objectives, delivering performance evaluations for direct reports, and actively participating in the recruitment process. The candidate must ensure adherence to the Company’s policies and procedures, motivate and lead by example, and support Great Canadian’s learning environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide leadership, direction and mentorship to the F&B operation; develop performance objectives and deliver evaluations for direct reports
• Assist in planning, development and implementation of F&B strategic plans at the site level
