- Lead Daily Operations: Oversee the smooth running of restaurant, bar, and event services, ensuring every guest receives professional, efficient, and friendly service. Anticipate and respond to guest needs, manage busy service periods with confidence, and work collaboratively with the kitchen and front office teams to deliver seamless experiences.
- Team Leadership & Development: Supervise, train, and mentor Food & Beverage team members to deliver consistently high service standards. Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members, develop rosters that balance business needs with team wellbeing, and actively coach staff to grow their skills, product knowledge, and confidence.
