Food & Beverage Manager
Zanzibar, Tanzania
Paradise Beach Resort is seeking an energetic, ambitious, and highly operational Food & Beverage Manager to lead and further develop our Food & Beverage and Bar operations within a large all-inclusive beach resort environment.
This is not a desk-based management role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, interacting with guests, developing teams, improving standards, and driving results. The successful candidate will work closely with the Executive Chef and senior management team to oversee daily F&B operations while helping shape the future direction of the department.
For the right person, this is far more than a management position—it is an opportunity to take ownership, introduce new ideas, develop a team, and make a visible impact within a growing hospitality group.
