Your key responsibilities include overseeing product displays, training associates, and maintaining a safe work environment. Engage actively with customers and troubleshoot their inquiries to create a welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist with inquiries
• Coordinate and delegate tasks effectively across the Food department
• Evaluate department presentation and implement display changes
• Support scheduling and help with coverage tasks
• Train and develop Food Associates while providing feedback
