Cafe Uno, a thriving cafe base in Biggera Waters, QLD is currently seeking an experienced Cook to join our team full time.

Applicants must have at least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role as a Cook.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Preparing and display of cabinet foods
• Preparing and cooking all foods on the menu and serving to a high standard
• Prepare foods for dietary requirements
• Training staff
• Maintaining health and safety
• Cleanliness and product quality
• Plan menus, food costing, and bringing in budget
• Rotation of foods with minimal waste
