Job Description

A well-established food manufacturing company based in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Food Safety Manager to join their team.

Requirements:

•Degree or Diploma in Food Technology or equivalent

•FSSC 22000 V5.1 implementation and management experience

•Retail supply experience

•Audit experience in Perishable, Frozen foods

•5 – 10 years’ experience within a food processing manufacturing environment.
