Food Safety & Quality Supervisor

Ocean Spray is hiring for a(n) Food Safety & Quality Supervisor! We’re a team of farmers, thinkers, creators, and doers. Three maverick farmers started it all — and we’ve been making our own way ever since. The Food Safety & Quality Supervisor will be responsible for monitoring plant FSQA processes. You will manage process control and quality checks, evaluate quality reports, and implement corrective measures as needed. You will also lead Quality teams, providing training, leadership, and coaching to ensure operational excellence. Additionally, you will manage project budgets, coordinate audits, and enact continuous improvement initiatives.
