Food Service Associate Full Time Evening

Overview

The Food Service Associate prepares and delivers patient meals within strict deadlines while maintaining high level of patient satisfaction for food and nutrition. Responsibilities include preparation/assembly of meals, assisting with dishwashing and utility work and/or handling register.

Responsibilities

1. Maintains compliance with the diet prescription and obtaining preferences within that diet.
2. Operates register, when assigned, according to established procedures. This includes all correct close out and deposit steps as well as the completion of the over-ring error slips.
3. Cleans and sanitizes all equipment - cooking equipment, work stations, refrigerators, and food warmers.
4. Performs routine sanitation assignments such as, sweeping, mopping, garbage removals and completion of the daily checklist.
