Overview
Stillwood Camp & Conference Centre is seeking a full time Food Services Director to lead and oversee all kitchen and dining operations while fostering a Christ-centered team culture.
This is a leadership and ministry-focused role responsible for managing large-scale food service operations (300+ guests per meal), including menu planning, purchasing, budgeting, regulatory compliance (Fraser Health & Work SafeBC), and overseeing kitchen staff and volunteers.
The Food Services Director serves as both a manager and mentor, providing spiritual leadership within the kitchen and helping cultivate a team setting aligned with Stillwood’s mission and core values.
