Foodservice Channel Growth Lead

Responsibilities

1. Achieve volume, revenue, and market share targets for the Foodservice channel.
2. Monitor sales performance, set KPIs, and report growth metrics.
3. Develop and execute strategic plans and pursue new business opportunities.
4. Strengthen relationships with key customers and conduct ideation sessions with decision makers.
5. Work with Marketing on promotions and with Product Development on food applications/menu concepts.
6. Formulate pricing strategies to drive competitiveness and penetration.
7. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
8. Lead, coach, and manage the Foodservice sales team.
9. Represent the company in foodservice industry groups and events.
10. Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic recommendations.
11. Ensure alignment of Foodservice strategies with overall company goals.
12. Perform other related tasks as needed....
