Archbald, PA - Silverbrook, 480 Quarry Road, Archbald, PA 18403, USA Arcosa Aggregates is seeking a Mine Foreman based out of our Archbald, PA Quarry to play a crucial role in the production of our materials in our East Region. This role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a surface quarry. Responsibilities Actively promote safety Supervise daily mining operations to ensure safe, efficient, and productive workflow Lead and direct crews, including equipment operators, laborers, and technicians Enforce all company safety policies, MSHA regulations, and environmental standards Conduct pre-shift safety meetings and hazard assessments Monitor work areas and conditions to identify and correct unsafe practices Coordinate production activities to meet output targets and schedules Assign tasks and monitor crew performance to maintain productivity goals Inspect equipment and work areas to ensure proper operation and maintenance Report and investigate accidents, incidents,...
