About the role
Lead civil crews across drainage, infrastructure, and earthworks projects. Coordinate daily site activities, manage productivity, maintain safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead crews and subcontractors onsite
- Plan daily work programmes
- Drive health and safety compliance
- Coordinate plant, labour and materials
- Liaise with clients and project teams
Qualifications
- Proven civil construction foreman experience
- Strong drainage or infrastructure background
- Full Class 1 licence (Class 2 advantageous)
- Sound health and safety knowledge
- Previous experience in leading crews and meeting targets
