Scaffolding Department Foreman
Location: UAE Middle East - Dubai
Contract Duration: One-Year Contract

Job Purpose The Scaffolding Department Foreman is responsible for supervising the day-to-day activities of scaffolding teams and ensuring the safe, efficient, and timely installation, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding structures on construction sites. The role requires strong leadership, technical scaffolding expertise, and strict adherence to Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) standards.
Key Accountabilities
Team Leadership
- Lead and supervise scaffolders and yard operatives on-site.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team productivity.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and support to improve team performance.
